A Licensed psychologist and child coach
My name is Nofar van Frank (1982), a licensed psychologist and child coach based in Haarlem, The Netherlands.
Born and raised in a dual culture between the Netherlands and Israel, I bring a unique blend of expertise and personal experience to my practice. I studied Psychology at the VU in Amsterdam and later dance teaching studied at the dance academy in Israel.
The birth of my children in 2013 and 2015 brought immense joy and fulfillment into my life. However, I soon realized that parenthood was not without its complexities. My experiences highlighted the unique challenges that children face, particularly during periods of transition and change. I observed how relocations, changes in family dynamics, and academic or social difficulties could impact their emotional well-being and hinder their growth.

Therefore in 2019, I embarked on further studies to deepen my academical knowledge in child psychology. This commitment to lifelong learning reflects my dedication providing the highest quality of care for my clients.

I recognize that effective therapy involves a partnership between the child, the family, and the therapist. And so I work closely with parents, providing them with the tools and knowledge to foster a supportive and nurturing home environment that complements the therapy process. I guide parents in understanding their child's unique needs and developing effective strategies for communication, discipline, and fostering emotional well-being.
I am providing a number of specialized therapeutic services to those dealing with challenging life experiences during relocations and general challenges of parenthood.
Clients well-being is my number one priority, and I go above and beyond to help through their obstacles.

My Practice
Haarlem
With over 15 years of experience in the field of psychology, I have embarked on a journey to establish my own practice as a child psychologist and coach in Haarlem. Based at Klein Heiligand 84, Haarlem in The Netherlands.
I have provided a wide range of mental health services to clients all throughout Amsterdam and the surrounding area, as expats families, local families and parents and for children for 4 until 18 years.
